COUNTRY VEGETABLE SOUP
(1) Stick of Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
(1) Can of Diced Tomatoes, 28 Ounce Size
(1) Can of Red Kidney Beans, 15 Ounce or larger
(2or3) Med Size Potatoes
(4)Med Size Onions
(1)Bag of Frozen Vegetables
(1)Cup of Instant Potatoes
Note: You may add corn or any other vegetables you like!
Preparations Instructions……..
First Fry the sausage and Drain, then put on the side.
Second put 2 cups of water in a soup pot, then peel the potatoes and onions and cut them into small wedges or pieces, put them into the hot water and let them begin cooking.
After they have boiled for a few minutes, ADD the vegetables, tomatoes, sausage, and kidney beans. Let this simmer for an hour or so and then slowly add the Instant Potatoes
Till they are all in the soup and let this cook for another 15 minutes or so. The Instant Potatoes will make the soup thinker and has a better taste!
